How to make order?

1. Make the design

If you want creat your own sandals, you have to make design first, if you can find designer, that is best, just send us the design we can do that for you. if you not have designer, we will try our best to design for you. But need more infomation about the sandals.

2. Confirm the details about the sandals

After design we need confirm with you below infomation:
Color: if your design already including color that will best, if not have, you can choose from our pantone color
Size: cm size or Inch size both work
Material: EVA, Leather, PU, Rubber and so on.

3. Choose the packaging

When sandals finished, you must need one packaging, it can be box, or bag….

4. Make sample

When all details confirmed, we will start to make sample, make sample need 7~10days.

5. Express

When sample finished, we will send sample via DHL or Fedex, UPS, Post… generally it need 7days. Most fast is 3days, but cost high.Generally within 1KG 7days most country is within 20 USD.

6. Final Confirmation

When you receive sample, if sample you satisfied that will be perfect,if sample have some place need modify, you can let us know, so we can modify again, and send again. till that is perfect.

7. Move to order

When all details confirmed, we can move to order, generally we need 30% deposit, and when goods finished we will take photo, video, and goods list details to you, before shipment send the balance payment, or balance paid when receive copy Bill of lading.

8. Shipping by sea

When goods finished we will start booking ship. Or you can booking ship by yourself, both workable. choose the cheapest shipping company save your cost.

9. Import customs clearance

When goods arrive your country port. you need import agency to make customs clearance so you can get the goods.
